Our team of professionals think and act more like consultants than salespeople. We use the title of consultant to distinguish ourselves from any other Southern California real estate agent who focus on one sale. For investors, we analyze the financial return a property can potentially net. So "consultant" is a descriptive title, above and beyond that of real estate agent, because we value the relationship more than the paycheck.

Our consultants are not door-to-door salespeople and we don't participate in high pressure sales. Our business plan centers on spending all of our time serving clients rather than marketing or advertising for new business. We created an Appreciation Program to thank the clients, friends and family who fuel our business with referrals. This program consists of a monthly mailing, which includes various articles on real estate investing. In addition to the mailings, we also work to build a sense of community among the good people that we come in contact with.
