Minimum Requirements
All qualified applicants will have the minimum requirements:
- 2 -4 years of property management experience including at least 1 year in affordable housing.
- Strong experience with Federal and State fair housing law and Federal and State landlord-tenant law and procedures.
- Experience with affordable housing compliance programs e.g. HUD 4350 tax credits, Section 8.
