Rental Application

We do not allow anyone to move in immediately, nor do we automatically rent to the first applicant. We rent to the applicant with the best credit and rental history. Decisions are based on the information you and your references
provide—NOT PERSONAL APPEARANCE.
Rental Application Process:
- View the rental unit.
- Completely fill out this application and return it with the
NON-REFUNDABLE $20.00 (cash or check) application fee. Please type or print legibly (illegible applications will not be processed).
- We contact you regarding the application within 72 business hours.
- When approved, make an appointment to sign the lease and pay the security deposit along with any other applicable fees.
- Bring your state or government issued photo identification, your car registration and checkbook to the appointment.
Keys will be issued when you check in to your rental unit. The lease must be signed and the security deposit and first month's rent paid before moving in to a rental unit. Proof that utilities are in the leaseholder's name must be given before keys will be handed out. Rent is due to the resident manager or the office by 5:00 pm on or before the first of every month or it is considered late. Failure to adhere to the rules herein and/or a signed lease (including all addendums) may result in loss of some or all of monies paid to Joseph Dodge Property Management. We do not rent to anyone whose references we cannot verify.
