Guide to Earthquake Safety Booklet
Must be delivered to buyer.

Lead-Based Paint Pamphlet and Form
For buildings built before 1978.

Material Facts Form
Seller and agent to disclose anything that affects the value or desirability.

Smoke Detector Statement of Compliance
Must be in working order.

Water Heater Bracing Statement of Compliance
Must be braced and strapped properly.

FIRPTA (Federal and State)
To declare whether seller is a U.S. citizen.

Mello-Roos and 1915 Bond Act Assessments
Disclosure of special taxes or assessments.
